We are all aware of the media coverage on environmental issues relating to our homes. Loft insulation, double glazing, heating bills, energy costs, conservation, re-cycling and if we aren’t I am sure our children and grandchildren are reminding us.

But many of us rent our offices, factories and industrial units so why should we be interested. If we do rent then there is little incentive to take these same measures but that doesn’t mean we can’t be proactive and take action.
